- 1 pound Cherries (pitted and halved)
- 3 Large Mangoes (peeled and chopped)
- 3 Large Oranges (segmented)
- French Baguette Rounds
- Olive Oil
- Stubb’s Pork Marinade
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 4 cup Turbinado Sugar
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Pint Oatmeal Stout
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Combine Stubb’s Pork Marinade, Orange Juice and 1 Cup Sugar. Add to fruit. Let marinate for 2 or more hours.
- 2 Combine heavy whipping cream and sugar to taste. Beating heavily to make stiffed whip cream. Add Oatmeal Stout to taste while beating. Refrigerate.
- 3 Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush baguettes liberally with olive oil and toast in oven until browned.
- 4 Drain fruit and segregate mango and cherries.
- 5 Remove baguettes, top each liberally with mango/cherry mixture and whipped cream.
