YOU WILL NEED:
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (16 oz. each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
1. HEAT 1 tablespoon oil on SAUTÉ function. Place ground beef in pot. Stir and cook 5 minutes or until cooked, drain excess fat. Pour in tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce and Seasoning Mix. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal.
2. SET to cook for 20 minutes on MEAT/STEW function. Vent pot and release pressure before opening. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating directions.)
SPICES AND HERBS (INCLUDING CHILI PEPPER AND BLACK PEPPER), SALT, ONION, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, GARLIC, GREEN BELL PEPPERS, AND SILICON DIOXIDE (ADDED TO MAKE FREE FLOWING).
