Easy Pesto Dip: Mix Sauce Mix with 1 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with chips or cut-up fresh vegetables. Also great as a sandwich spread or dressing for potato or pasta salads. Makes 2 cups.
Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad: Toss prepared pesto with 8oz. penne or rotini pasta, cooked and drained. Add 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes or 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut into thin strips, 4 tsp. white wine vinegar and 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6 servings.
