Makes 10 servings
YOU WILL NEED
Read labels on all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free.
1 pkg. McCormick Gluten-Free Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
¼ cup gluten free dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices gluten-free bread)
½ cup ketchup, chili sauce, or tomato sauce (optional)
1. MIX all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.
2. SHAPE meat mixture into loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9X5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup.
3. BAKE in preheated 375ºF oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.

Serving suggestion: Serve meat loaf with McCormick Gluten-Free Brown Gravy.
Gluten-Free Mini Meat Loaves: Use ½ cup ketchup in place of milk. Shape meat mixture into loaves. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon additional ketchup over top. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

This is the best mix ever. Friends and family ask me to make and bring my meatloaf (I make mini loaves) to gatherings. It's my wonderful go to dinner that my whole family loves. ONLY Problem is that I am having a very hard time finding it locally, in Michigan. I used to get it at Wal-Mart but they are no longer carrying it.
