Simply bake potato rounds and toss them in a mixture of McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper, Oregano and Garlic All Purpose Seasoning, Parmesan cheese and butter before they go in the oven. They’ll come out creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Yum!
Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange potatoes in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fork tender. Meanwhile, mix butter and Seasoning. Set aside.
Top each potato slice with 1/4 teaspoon of the butter mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over potatoes. Return to oven. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
