Herb Garlic Bread

Garlic bread gets a flavor upgrade in this four-ingredient recipe. Brush a cut-in-half loaf of Italian bread with a quick mixture of McCormick® Garlic Herb and Black Pepper and Sea Salt  and butter. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until melty.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bread into 12 slices (about 1-inch thick), without cutting through bottom of loaf. Place on foil-lined baking pan.
  • 2 Mix butter and Seasoning in small bowl. Brush over bread and into the cuts to soak into bread. Sprinkle with cheese, pushing cheese into the cuts.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
