- Brown meat in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain.
- Stir in seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce is thickened.
- To assemble walking tacos, open chip bags and spoon about 1/4 cup taco meat into each bag. Add desired toppings such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, chopped avocado, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve with a fork.
