Whisk oil, vinegar, Shawarma Seasoning, and garlic powder in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer for more flavor.
Remove steak from marinade. Heat large skillet on high heat. Add steak; stir fry 3 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
Meanwhile, heat White Basmati Rice according to package directions. Divide evenly between 2 bowls. Top with Shawarma beef and desired toppings.
