Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 cup water
- 1 package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 cups cooked pasta, such as rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese, such as white Cheddar or Monterey Jack
- McCormick® Parsley Flakes, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Remove from skillet. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until softened. Return ground beef to pan.
- 2 Mix water, Gravy Mix and garlic powder in small bowl; stir into skillet. Bring to boil. Stir in milk. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Add pasta, stirring to mix. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart or 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.

Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: To prepare 3 cups cooked pasta, start with 1 ½ cups dried pasta. Cook according to package directions and drain well.
