Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix evenly over chicken.
Place chicken in single layer in bag. Add vegetables. Sprinkle any remaining seasoning over chicken and vegetables. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
Bake in lower half of oven 1 hour. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. Serve chicken and vegetables with pan juices. If desired, serve with prepared McCormick® Chicken Gravy.
Followed the recipe to the tee. Except I used all boneless skinless chicken breast. It was great.

I made this with chicken breasts and the suggested veggies with the addition of baby bella mushrooms. The chicken was cooked perfectly and very moist. The veggies were overcooked. Next time I will steam the green beans and leave the red potatoes whole and use larger chunks of carrot. The easy cleanup was great.

I followed the recipe with all the fresh vegetables, but I added half a cup more to each vegetable. It was so delicious, we all loved it! It was easy to prep, cook time took longer than an hour but well worth the wait!

This made a wonderful meal. I used slim whole beans packaged for steaming and cut them in two and put in McCormicks bag. Used small honey gold potatoes and thighs and legs. Looked very appetizing too and no mess afterwards.
