1Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large shallow baking pan with foil. Place a wire rack on pan. Spray rack lightly with no stick cooking spray. Arrange wings in single layer on rack. Sprinkle evenly with OLD BAY Seasoning.
2Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy, turning halfway through cooking.
3Meanwhile, mix butter and OLD BAY Hot Sauce in large bowl. Add cooked wings; toss to coat. Serve wings with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
