Crisp and tangy, these homemade pickles are dialed up with the unmistakable heat and flavor of OLD BAY® Hot Sauce. Use pickles to garnish fried fish, chicken sandwiches, burgers, and more.
- 1 Mix OLD BAY® Hot Sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, garlic and mustard seed in large saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat; allow mixture to cool completely. Stir in fresh dill, if using.
- 2 Place cucumbers in large glass jar or bowl. Pour cooled pickling liquid over cucumbers. Seal tightly or cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Use pickles to top fried fish or chicken sandwiches, on burgers, or as a sweet-savory-spicy snack. Store remaining OLD BAY® Hot Sauce Pickles in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 4 weeks.
