Use 2 tablespoons in 1/4 cup in gingerbread, syrup for poached pears and condiment with Indian curry.

This is wonderful! Not only is it great in recipes but I keep a bottle of it on my bedside table in case my husband or I get an upset stomach. Ginger is a great home remedy for upset stomachs. We just eat a small handful of the ginger to relieve nausea.
