Usage Tips

For a flavorful island sizzle, apply 2 tablespoons as a dry rub on 2 pounds chicken, shrimp, ribs, pork or lamb before broiling or grilling.

Jerk Paste: Mix 2 tbsp. Seasoning, 1 tbsp. each lemon juice, brown sugar and olive oil.  Brush on 2 lbs. pork or chicken.

Jerk Chicken: Coat 2-2 1/2 pounds chicken parts in mixture of 3 tablespoons Seasoning and 2 tablespoons each brown sugar, fresh lime juice and oil. Broil or grill 20 minutes or until done. Also great on 2 pounds pork tenderloin or pork chops.
