For a flavorful island sizzle, apply 2 tablespoons as a dry rub on 2 pounds chicken, shrimp, ribs, pork or lamb before broiling or grilling.
Jerk Paste: Mix 2 tbsp. Seasoning, 1 tbsp. each lemon juice, brown sugar and olive oil. Brush on 2 lbs. pork or chicken.
Jerk Chicken: Coat 2-2 1/2 pounds chicken parts in mixture of 3 tablespoons Seasoning and 2 tablespoons each brown sugar, fresh lime juice and oil. Broil or grill 20 minutes or until done. Also great on 2 pounds pork tenderloin or pork chops.
SEA SALT, SPICES AND HERBS (INCLUDING THYME, RED PEPPER, AND ALLSPICE), AND SUGAR.

This is my absolute favorite thing ever!!!!!!!! It turns any dish into a real treat. I esp. love it on salmon and roasted veggies! It is the most amazing spice blend I've ever found!

This blend is a life saver. I have an intolerance to garlic and onions (they make me physically sick). PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE THIS PRODUCT! Using this blend makes easy and delicious food that I can enjoy and eat.
