  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/3 cups French's® White Cheddar Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups prepared hot IDAHOAN®Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded taco blend cheese

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 375°F. Mix turkey, salsa, chili powder, egg, 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions, salt and pepper until blended. Press turkey mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish.

  • BAKE 25 minutes until done and juices run clear. Drain off fat.

  • COMBINE potatoes with 1 cup cheese. Spread evenly over meatloaf. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and Crispy Onions. Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts and Onions are golden.
