- 1/2 box (20 shells) jumbo pasta shells
- 1 container (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 10 ounces frozen cut spinach, thawed
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Onion Powder
- 2 jars (24 ounces each)
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

- Cook pasta shells according to package directions for baked pasta.
- In large bowl mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan, spinach, egg and seasonings.
- In 13x9-inch casserole dish, add 1 jar of marinara sauce on bottom.
- Fill each cooked pasta shell with 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture and arrange in casserole dish on top of marinara.
- Top with second jar of marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 375°F.
- Uncover and bake for additional 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly brown. Serve immediately.
