  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions for baked pasta.
  2. In large bowl mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan, spinach, egg and seasonings.
  3. In 13x9-inch casserole dish, add 1 jar of marinara sauce on bottom.
  4. Fill each cooked pasta shell with 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture and arrange in casserole dish on top of marinara.
  5. Top with second jar of marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 375°F.
  7. Uncover and bake for additional 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly brown. Serve immediately.
