Treat store-bought flatbreads to this simple upgrade – spread with a mixture of olive oil and ricotta, and a sprinkle of shredded cheeses and McCormick® Perfect Pinch Spicy Italian Seasoning. (That’s it!) Bake until the cheese is melty and serve with your favorite main dish.

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix olive oil and ricotta cheese in small bowl. Spread evenly over flatbreads. Mix mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and Spicy Italian Seasoning in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over top of flatbreads.
- Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melty. Sprinkle with additional Spicy Italian Seasoning, if desired. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
