  1. For the Casserole, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, 1/4 cup of the Finishing Sugar, confectioners' sugar and salt in large bowl. Pour over cubed bread in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Press bread to submerge. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Remove from refrigerator and let stand 10 minutes while oven preheats to 350°F.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until set and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes to cool slightly.
  4. Meanwhile, for the Frosting, whisk all ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Drizzle over warm casserole and sprinkle with additional Finishing Sugar before serving.
