Preheat oven to 400°F. Place carrots in an oven safe dish. Season with Ground Nutmeg, Rosemary Leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until carrots are fully coated.

Roast about 20 minutes or until carrots have softened.

In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar mixture. Remove carrots from the oven and drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.

Return carrots to the oven and roast about 10 minutes longer, until the brown sugar glaze has thickened and coats the carrots evenly.
