- Preheat oven to 250°F. Coat large sheet pan with no stick cooking spray. Set aside. Place popcorn in large bowl. Set aside.
- Melt butter in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add brown sugar, Finishing Sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and baking soda (mixture will be foamy). Stir in pecans, if using.
- Pour mixture over popcorn, tossing to coat evenly. Spread popcorn on prepared sheet pan.
