- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter, cut into chunks

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans

- Preheat oven to 350°F. For the Spiced Crust, mix flour, confectioners' sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until well blended. Add butter; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press firmly into an even layer in a foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the Pecan Topping, mix eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour over hot crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes longer or until topping is slightly firm in the center. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
