- Place veggies in microwave safe bowl. Add water. Cover loosely. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes to steam veggies until tender-crisp. Let stand 1 minute.
- Meanwhile, whisk milk and Sauce Mix in small saucepan until well blended. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.)
- To assemble bowls, divide pasta and veggies evenly among serving bowls. Top with chicken, if desired. Spoon prepared Parmesan Garlic Sauce over top. Serve immediately.
