- 1/2 package (8 ounces) uncooked spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend or shredded Cheddar cheese
- Finely chopped fresh cilantro, optional

Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onions in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and water, stirring to mix well. Bring to boil.
- Add spaghetti to pan, stirring to cover with liquid. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Replace cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro to serve, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: Swap in other pasta shapes such as rotini, penne, or elbows. You may need to adjust cooking time slightly to ensure pasta is tender.
