- Toss steak with Seasoning Mix in medium bowl until evenly coated.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook, stirring gently, just until seared, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add onion. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Add water and soy sauce. Return steak to skillet, tossing to mix. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired, topped with kimchi or Asian pickled vegetables.
