  • 1 package McCormick® Korean BBQ Seasoning Mix
  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into very thin strips
  • 3 tablespoon oil, divided
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  1. Toss steak with Seasoning Mix in medium bowl until evenly coated.  
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook, stirring gently, just until seared, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet.   
  3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add onion. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Add water and soy sauce. Return steak to skillet, tossing to mix. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired, topped with kimchi or Asian pickled vegetables.
