- Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Remove from skillet. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until softened. Return ground beef to pan.
- Mix water, Gravy Mix, and garlic powder in small bowl; stir into skillet. Bring to boil. Stir in milk. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Add pasta, stirring to mix. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart or 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
