  1. Mix ground turkey, crushed Fried Onions, egg and Gravy Mix in large bowl just until well blended. Shape mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 21 meatballs). Place meatballs on large baking sheet; refrigerate 1 hour until meatballs are firm.
  2. Alternately thread meatballs, pineapple and peppers onto skewers.
  3. Grill skewers over medium heat 12 to 14 minutes or until cooked through, turning over every 3 to 4 minutes to ensure even cooking (internal temperature of meatballs should reach 165°F). Baste skewers with Sauce during last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking.
Test Kitchen Tips:
  • Place 1/2 cup of Crispy Fried Onions in a small resealable plastic bag; close tightly. Use a rolling pin, meat mallet, or heavy saucepan to crush Onions until they resemble panko breadcrumbs in texture.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes before skewering meatballs to avoid burning.
  • No skewers? No problem! Place meatballs, peppers and pineapple in grill basket and prepared as directed.
