- For the Chimichurri Sauce, place all ingredients in blender or food processor, cover. Process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For the Cauliflower Steaks, mix oil, vinegar and Seasoning in small bowl until well combined. Place cauliflower on grill. Grill 10 to 12 minutes on medium-high heat until desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with oil mixture.
- To serve, drizzle with Chimichurri Sauce and sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes and crumbled Feta.
