  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Greek Style Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 2 romaine hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 seedless cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pita chips, broken into small pieces

  1. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, Greek Seasoning and Dijon mustard in a jar or bowl until well blended.     
  2. Combine romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and pepperoncini in a large bowl. Pour dressing over top and toss to combine. Garnish with feta and pita chips.
