- Cook pasta as directed on package until al dente. Drain well and return to pot, reserving 1/2 cup pasta cooking water.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil, garlic powder and lemon juice in a small skillet until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Drizzle olive oil mixture over pasta. Add pasta cooking water, 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing to mix well until desired consistency is reached. Sprinkle generously with Zesty Lemon Finishing Salt to serve.
