- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Flavor Maker Ramen Topping Seasoning
- 1 pound boneless pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 cups chicken stock, divided - Substitutesunsalted chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce - Substitutesreduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 ounces ramen noodles, cooked

- Mix brown sugar and Flavor Maker Seasoning in small bowl. Rub all over pork. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Sear pork on all sides. Add 4 cups of the stock to pot. Cover. Transfer to oven.
- Braise 2 hours or until pork is tender. Carefully remove pot from oven and return to stovetop.
- Remove pork, set aside. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl. Add remaining 4 cups stock to Dutch oven. Slowly whisk in soy sauce mixture. Bring to boil; cook 1 minute or just until slightly thickened. Divide noodles evenly between 6 serving bowls. Slice pork and place over top of noodles. Ladle hot broth into bowls. Serve with desired toppings, such as bean sprouts, corn, nori sheets, scallions, and soft-boiled eggs.
