- 1 pound (16 ounces) fresh pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Smoky Garlic & Rosemary Finishing Salt
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stretch and shape pizza dough on lightly floured work surface, shaping into and oval about 12-inches wide by 15-inches long. Transfer to sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Brush dough with olive oil.
- Mix Parmesan cheese and Smoky Garlic & Rosemary Finishing Salt in medium bowl. Sprinkle Parmesan mixture evenly over prepared dough. Spoon and spread sauce over top. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Top evenly with pepperoni.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Cut into 12 slices to serve.
