Instructions

  1. Mix beans, corn, bell pepper, celery, tomatoes and onion in large bowl. 
  2. Whisk remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over bean mixture, tossing to mix well. 
  3. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving.  Serve cold or at room temperature with tortilla chips for dipping. 

 
Test Kitchen Tips: Make it your own – stir in chopped roasted red peppers, pimentos, diced green chilies, or chopped avocado. Switch it up and use whatever beans you have on hand, like black eyed peas or chickpeas. For extra smoky flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Smoked Paprika to the marinade.
