  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ghost Pepper Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 package (10 ounces) chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup chopped avocado or cucumber
  • 1/2 cup crumbled crisply cooked bacon

  1. Mix sour cream, half-and-half and Ghost Ranch Seasoning in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Place lettuce in large salad bowl or arrange on serving platter. Top with chicken, tomatoes, eggs, avocado and bacon. Drizzle with prepared Ghost Ranch Dressing to serve.
