  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.  Empty Seasoning Mix into shallow dish. Add Parmesan cheese, mix well. Brush chicken with oil. Coat evenly on both sides with seasoning mixture. Discard any remaining coating
  2. Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. 
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turn chicken halfway through cook time.   

Serving Suggestion: Toss 1 bag (10 ounces) torn Romaine lettuce or baby mixed greens with Italian vinaigrette dressing. Place on serving platter. Top with prepared Chicken Milanese, cut into slices. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese. Serve with lemon wedges.
