  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread chicken and rice in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Mix stock, milk, and seasonings in a medium bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Slowly pour over chicken and rice. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil. Stir in broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer or until rice has absorbed all the liquid and broccoli is tender.
