  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange chicken strips in single layer on large shallow baking pan.
  2. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, just until warmed. Cut into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, mix honey, vanilla and crushed red pepper in small bowl. Reserve 1/2 of the spiced vanilla honey mixture for serving. Place eggs and milk in large bowl. Add remaining honey mixture; whisk until well blended.
  4. Place chicken and waffle pieces in bottom of lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top, tossing to coat. Let stand 15 minutes to allow chicken and waffles to absorb egg mixture, stirring once. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until eggs are set and top is crispy. Serve with reserved spiced vanilla honey drizzled over top.
