- Montreal Seasoned Chicken
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1 to 2 tablespoons left-over bacon grease or olive oil
- Garlic Bread
- 1 loaf French bread, split lengthwise
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
- Alfredo Sauce
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning (optional)
- To Assemble
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- For the Chicken, season chicken with Montreal Chicken Seasoning and paprika. Heat bacon grease in large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden on all sides and cooked through, about 4 to 6 minutes. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, for the Garlic Bread, preheat oven to 425°F. Mix butter with minced garlic, parsley and garlic salt. Spread on cut sides of bread.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or just until lightly browned and crispy. (Do not turn off oven.)
- For the Alfredo Sauce, combine heavy cream and butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to simmer and whisk in Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic salt, black pepper, and Montreal Chicken Seasoning, if desired. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- To assemble the Garlic Bread, spoon Alfredo sauce onto cut sides of garlic bread. Layer with cooked chicken, more Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Cut into slices to serve.
