Instructions
- For the Honey Chipotle Vinaigrette, place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover. Process until well blended and mostly smooth. Pour into squeeze bottle and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Place steak in glass dish. Add Brazilian Steakhouse Marinade, tossing to coat steak evenly. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- Heat flat top griddle on medium-high heat. Add sliced peppers and onions and drizzle with olive oil. Season veggies to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned. As they start to soften, add steak to other side of grill. Cook steak until desired doneness. Push peppers and onions to cooler area of grill.
- Reduce heat to low. Grill tortillas just until toasted. Fill tortillas with fajita mixture. Top with pico, guac and Honey Chipotle Vinaigrette. Serve with lime wedges.
