- For the BBQ Sauce, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Set aside until ready to use.
- For the Caramelized Onions, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion, sugar and salt. Cook about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often, until onions are softened and lightly browned. Stir in stock; cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, until onions are glossy and caramelized. Remove from heat; set aside.
- For the Flatbread, preheat oven to 450°F. Roll and stretch dough into a 14-inch long oval on a large sheet pan. Brush with olive oil. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly onto dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then top with chicken and caramelized onions. Sprinkle crust with Black Currant Seasoning.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven. Drizzle generously with Spicy Black Currant BBQ Sauce. Slice and serve hot.
