Instructions
- For the Black Currant Mayo, mix Mayonesa and Seasoning in small bowl until blended. Set aside.
- For the Slaw, place cabbage, 1/4 cup of the Black Currant Mayo, and cider vinegar in medium bowl. Use clean hands to mix, massaging mixture into cabbage. Stir in parsley. Cover and refrigerate, along with remaining Mayo, until ready to serve.
- To make the Glaze, whisk apple juice, vinegar and Seasoning in medium saucepan. Bring to simmer on medium heat; cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Whisk corn starch and water in small bowl. Whisking constantly, add corn starch mixture to glaze mixture. Reduce heat and simmer gently 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened and glaze is shiny. Set aside until ready to serve.
- For the Sliders, mix ground beef, Seasoning, cumin, parsley, and salt in medium bowl just until blended. Shape into 8 equal balls. Heat griddle or flat top grill on medium-high heat. Working in batches as needed, place meatballs on hot surface and smash using heavy spatula or burger press. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side, just until an even crust forms on each side of patty and meat is cooked through.
- To assemble sliders, spread Mayo on cut-sides of rolls. Place one smash burger patty on each roll. Drizzle or brush generously with Glaze and top with Slaw. Serve with remaining slaw on the side.
