Instructions
- Line large sheet pan with wax paper. Place Finishing Sugar in shallow dish. Set aside.
- Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe glass measuring cup or container that’s tall and narrow enough to be able to dip pretzel rods. Melt chocolate as directed on package, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel rod into chocolate, tilting container as need to coat about 4 to 5 inches of pretzel. Tap gently to allow excess chocolate to drip off. Immediately roll in finishing sugar to coat. Place on wax paper let stand until chocolate is set.
