  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Sweet & Smoky Naturally Flavored Black Currant Seasoning
  • Couscous Salad
  • 3 cups cooked pearl couscous
  • 3 cups baby kale
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. For the Vinaigrette, whisk all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
  2. To assemble Salad, add cooked couscous, kale, and cabbage to bowl with vinaigrette. Toss gently to mix and coat evenly. Top salad with walnuts and shaved Parmesan cheese to serve.
