Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in a 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place beef and vegetables in bag.
Stir Seasoning Mix, flour, and water until smooth. Pour over beef and vegetables. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in the top of the bag to allow steam to escape.
Bake in lower half of the oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. Stir before serving.
