- 2 medium russet potatoes, about 1 pound, scrubbed clean
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Salt Free Like Sweet Like Smoky by Tabitha Brown All Purpose Seasoning
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder, optional

Instructions
- Use a mandolin or vegetable peeler to slice potatoes about 1/8-inch thick. Place in large bowl and cover with ice cold water. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Drain and rinse. Cover with fresh, cold water and soak 15 minutes longer.
- Drain well and pat potato slices very dry with paper towels. Place in dry bowl; drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Like Sweet Like Smoky Seasoning, tossing to coat evenly.
- Heat air fryer on 350°F for 3 minutes. Working in batches, if needed, place potato slices in air fryer basket in a single layer, with as little overlap as possible. Air fry 8 to 10 minutes, tossing to separate slices and flip over in basket halfway through cooking.
- Remove from air fryer and sprinkle immediately with additional Like Sweet Like Smoky Seasoning and a pinch of salt, if desired. Repeat with remaining potatoes, if needed.
