- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 2 1/2-quart baking dish with butter. Cook pasta according to package instructions for al dente pasta. Drain well. Set aside.
- While the macaroni is cooking, Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add flour, whisking quickly to combine. Gradually add milk, whisking to blend completely. Bring to a gentle boil; simmer just until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Stir in Cheddar and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, mixing until melted and smooth.
- Add pasta to cheese sauce. Stir in 2 packets of the OLD BAY Tuna, mixing gently. Pour mac and cheese into prepared baking dish. Top evenly with remaining packet of OLD BAY Tuna.
- Mix remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle evenly over mac and cheese.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Top with parsley flakes for garnish.
