Key products

  1. For Cajun Sauce, in medium bowl mix mayonnaise, milk, honey, OLD BAY Seasoning, thyme and garlic powder until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F in large heavy saucepan or deep fryer (do not fill more than 2/3 of the way).
  3. Dip fillets in milk shaking off excess. Coat with Fry Mix.
  4. Fry fish in batches for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Drizzle Cajun sauce over catfish to serve,
