How to Cut a Mango — Quick & Mess-Free!

Start by peeling the skin off the mango with a vegetable peeler.

Stand the mango upright. The pit runs right down the center.

Cut just to the right and left of the center to get two big halves.

Cut the excess from the core, leaving only the hard core remaining. 

Cut the mango into long slices or cubes.
