Crisp Garden Salad with Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette

  • Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette:

  • For the Vinaigrette, mix all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

  • Toss lettuce, mushrooms, onion and tomatoes in large bowl.

  • Drizzle vinaigrette over salad; toss gently.

Cooking tip

Serving Suggestion: Top with 2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered, if desired.
