Gluten-Free Oven-Fried Chicken

That old-fashioned favorite oven-fried chicken with a corn flake crust is gluten-free! We've made it extra flavorful by adding basil, onion powder and paprika.

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Beat egg with 1/2 teaspoon of the basil, onion powder, sea salt and paprika in shallow dish. Mix corn flakes and remaining 1/2 teaspoon basil in separate shallow dish. Moisten chicken in egg mixture. Coat evenly with corn flake mixture.

  • Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Drizzle with melted butter.

  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
