1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green or red bell pepper (or 1/2 of each), thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 package McCormick® Thick & Zesty Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 3/4 cups water
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes.
Stir in Sauce Mix, water and tomato paste. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
